Why do some products contain erythritol?Updated a month ago

We heard from many of you that you wanted a bar that was a little sweeter, while still keeping sugar incredibly low at just 1–2g per bar. After exploring a variety of options, we found erythritol delivered the taste and sweetness we were looking for. So, we added just a touch to our Truffle bars to create a sweeter, more satisfying taste while keeping sugar low.
